Returns and Exchanges

I’m so sorry that your hat isn’t everything that you wanted! Due to the delicate nature of my handmade items, I can only accept returns or exchanges of unworn, unaltered items in their original packaging within 14 days of delivery.

You are responsible for return shipping and the item must be deemed it is in its original condition before a refund can be processed. Please allow 5-10 business days for the item to be received, processed, and refunded.

To initiate a return or exchange, please send me an email at hello@smeenymadewild.com with Subject: Return/Exchange and I will respond to you as quickly as possible to get the problem resolved.


Lost Packages

Oh no! Unfortunately, once the item has left the building, it is in the hands of the shipping carrier and out of my control. I would highly suggest talking to your local post office first to see if they can help you find it. If you still haven’t had any luck in 5 days, please email me at hello@smeenymadewild.com and I will do my best to help with the situation
